Hannah makes herself available for company business 24/7 and is completely dedicated to growing and improving the business.

Sandra also takes responsibility for Health and Safety and the Quality Management system.
Aaron left school at the age of 16 and came straight to John Arnold Commercials serving a 3 year apprenticeship with Bedford Training Group. Having qualified as a vehicle technician Aaron applied his skills in the workshop for five years before transferring to the Parts department. With his extensive vehicle knowledge Aaron took little time to master the parts systems and has managed the department for the last five years.
Assistant Parts Manager
Alan entered the motor trade straight from school training as an auto electrician. He has experience as service advisor but has mainly focussed on developing a wealth of knowledge of the ‘parts’ trade working for two major franchises. Alan has amassed 14 years’ experience working within the MAN network. He has been with John Arnold Commercials for a short time but has proved himself an invaluable asset already.
Sam began his career with John Arnold Commercials in November 2012 having left college in the same year with a BTech in Mechanical Engineering. Originally employed as a driver, Sam’s responsibilities ranged from delivering parts to collecting gearboxes for workshop repair from as far afield as Plymouth and Newcastle. When the position of Service Receptionist became available Sam took up the opportunity and is thriving on the challenges set for him.
Chloe left school after completing her GCSE courses to attend Bedford College where she gained a Diploma in Business Administration. She took up a post in retail sales before volunteering at John Arnold Commercials at both Haverhill and Bedford to gain business experience. Having shown enthusiasm, initiative and maturity, Chloe was offered the full time position of Service Administrator in 2012, a job which she has approached extremely positively considering its demands.
Steve began working with John Arnold Commercials as a trainee technician in 2012. His 6 months in the workshop ended when the position of contracts administrator became available, a role which he has found challenging but rewarding. His earlier introduction to the practical side of the business has helped with his understanding of contract maintenance and warranty issues and has proved to be a useful aid in his appreciation of detailed administration.
